The Shift
My nearly 20 years in the public sector has been split with time serving on the public agency side, as well as on the industry side. I started this firm because I wanted to move away from merely managing the machine to concentrating my energies on the deep-level strategy and problem-solving that an executive-level, independent perspective can provide.
Solutionism
I didn't start my professional journey looking to become a "tech guy." In fact, I still don't feel like a "tech guy." Technology just happens to be the medium I work best in and where I find it easy to uncover root issues and identify beneficial solutions. Helping individuals and organizations look at needs, challenges, and opportunities through a solutions lens, helps shrink many of the fears and unknowns around IT and re-grounds them in practical business strategy. Shifting mindset and perspective always open up new possibilities.
The Bottom Line
Every organization is transforming digitally—intentionally or not—and needs an able guide to help navigate those changes. As a disruptor and innovator, I am focused and direct, fostering candid conversations that help organizations and individuals quickly identify and prioritize goals, rapidly develop roadmaps and action plans, and stimulate change for positive momentum and impact.
