The IT Assessment is offered in two formats: 1) An expedited assessment (typically 6-8 weeks); and 2) A comprehensive assessment (typically 4-6 months). The primary difference between the two formats is the depth of discovery conducted. Both formats provide a Strategic Readiness and Process review and an Organizational Structure and Staff Alignment review with a comprehensive report and analysis of the findings.
